The new voyage, departing from Dubai on March 3, will increase the availability of the remaining season by 10 percent. Bookings for the additional sailing are now open, with the cruise set to take place aboard the Celestyal Journey. The 1,260-guest ship is currently undergoing a planned refit in Dubai, during which it is receiving a new livery to match that of its fleet mate, Celestyal Discovery. In addition, the ship’s onboard spaces are being enhanced in preparation for its return to service on February 15. The “Desert Days” itinerary offers departures from either Doha or Dubai and includes stops at Bahrain, Dubai (overnight), Khasab, Sir Bani Yas Island, and Abu Dhabi. “We are thrilled by the response to our Arabian Gulf itineraries, which perfectly combine iconic landmarks with hidden gems,” said Lee Haslett, Celestyal’s Chief Commercial Officer. “From Doha’s impressive skyline to the dazzling sights of Dubai, and the wildlife sanctuary of Sir Bani Yas Island, this extended sailing provides even more opportunity to experience the region’s rich history, culture, and natural beauty.” The extended programme, along with other remaining sailings, is included in Celestyal’s current promotional offer, “Live Your Vacation Dream”, which provides up to 50 percent off the Celestyal Experience fare. The price of the new sailings covers all meals, a shore excursion voucher, complimentary wines and beers with meals, as well as all port fees and gratuities. Limited availability remains for the February 15, 22, and March 1, 2025, departures. “This extended programme highlights our ongoing commitment to the region and to delivering unforgettable experiences both at sea and onshore,” added Haslett.
