HotelBrain Expands with 10-Year Lease of Dion Palace Resort & Spa

HotelBrain, Greece’s largest hotel group by number of properties, has secured a 10-year lease for the iconic Dion Palace Resort & Spa in Pieria, further solidifying its expansion strategy.

This new agreement strengthens HotelBrain’s footprint in northern Greece and deepens its longstanding partnership with REA S.A., the owner of the resort. In addition, the company has renewed its lease for REA S.A.’s Olympian Bay Grand Resort in Leptokarya for another decade, reinforcing the group’s commitment to the region.

“This agreement marks a significant milestone in our growth, positioning us for continued strategic expansion in northern Greece,” said HotelBrain CEO Panos Paleologos.

Nestled on the beach of Litochoro, the Dion Palace Resort & Spa offers exceptional hospitality in the shadow of Mount Olympus. The resort is perfectly suited to a wide range of travelers, featuring 191 rooms and a total of 384 beds, including eight luxurious suites with private pools.

Guests can enjoy a comprehensive array of high-end services and state-of-the-art facilities. These include a full-service spa, both indoor and outdoor pools, a children’s playground, and tennis courts, ensuring a balanced and enriching experience for all. The resort also boasts three restaurants and bars, versatile conference halls, and an elegant venue for social events, such as weddings and receptions.
