The Sonia Village Hotel located in Chalkidiki came in first place and was honored for reducing its environmental impact and offering greener tourism at the RELACS award ceremony held last week during the ITB Berlin trade show.

Manessis Travel recently held an award ceremony for the Top 10 Hotels of 2012. Winners of the awards are chosen based on tourist preferences and Manessis standards.

Three Greek hotels were included on the Condé Nast Traveler Gold List 2013, published this month, following the magazine’s annual Readers’ Choice survey that included the hotel, resorts and cruise line options of some 47,000 readers.
