Trinity International Hospitality Studies on Crete announced last month that the school concluded a cooperation and articulation agreement with the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Management of Southern New Hampshire University (USA).

Under the terms of this agreement, all of Trinity’s courses are fully recognized by Southern New Hampshire University as one-to-one equivalents for courses offered in its program and vice versa. This arrangement allows for full transfer of credits from one institution to the other.

In practical terms, the agreement enables Trinity students to transfer credits they have accumulated at Trinity to Southern New Hampshire University, complete the required number of credits for a degree there and receive the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from Southern New Hampshire University and vice versa.

Trinity is an English speaking institution of higher learning, operating close to Heraklion, Crete. The program combines specializations within the hospitality and tourism industry, a required general education component and a fully paid internship during the summer months.

Trinity’s present student body includes students from Sweden, China, Romania, Ireland, Bulgaria, Nigeria as well as other countries and, of course, Greece. Classes for the spring semester begin on January 23rd, 2006 and for the fall semester October 2nd, 2006.
