Worldspan Rate Runner Released in Greece

As of late last year, Worldspan’s ‘Rate Runner’ is available within its Go! product for travel agency office managers in Greece and includes which low cost carriers are available in Rate Runner for the markets in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland an the U.K.

Currently, the following low cost carriers are in the Rate Runner product, but this listing could change as new airlines choose to participate: Air Southwest, Air Wales, Blue1, CentralWings, DAT, FlyBaboo, FlyMe, FlyNordic, Freedom Air, Germanwings, Hapag-Lloyd Express, InterSky, Jet2.com, Kulua, Ryanair, Snalskjutsen, Sterling, Thomsonfly, Transavia, Valuair and Veuling.

Worldspan Rate Runner provides travel agents the ability to search and book Low Cost Carrier flights within the Go! Desktop.  Searches are initiated when the agent uses Power Pricing ($P) or fare command (4F) entries.  The search captures data from multiple web sites, plus flights and fares from Worldspan.  The agent has the ability to compare Worldspan fares and flight results with the low cost carrier options.
