“We will continue to invest in our online development tools, our e-commerce solutions in order to help our customers diversify and grow their online business,” Amadeus Hellas’ CEO Eva Karamanou recently told GTP during the “Brighter, Bolder, Better e-Commerce” forum by global distribution system provider Amadeus that took place in Sophia Antipolis, France.

Conference delegates at the forum included travel professionals from the Greek and Cypriot market who explored future industry and online trends and challenges, benefited from networking and were updated on the latest online technology and innovation.

“Our customers consider Amadeus their ‘business’ partner who they can trust in today’s fast changing environment,” Ms. Karamanou said.

Amadeus Hellas’ CEO added that the GDS provider’s aim for 2011 is to work brighter, bolder and better to support the success of business objectives of its customers in Greece and Cyprus.

The company will also further strengthen its hotel offering through the Content Inn platform to support customers in their revenue increase.

“We will also focus on expanding our consultancy services both online and offline to enable our customers to capitalize in efficiency and performance – the combination of Amadeus Consultancy Services and Amadeus Custom Desktop guarantees exceptional benefits for travel professionals,” she said.

Delegates at the Amadeus forum included Pamediakopes.gr, Travelplanet24, GS Travel, Kronos Holidays, Mideast Travel, Top Kinisis Travel and Louis Tourist Agency.
