The program was launched in December 2010. At a presentation held at the New Acropolis Museum, Mr. Yeroulanos told journalists that during last year 17 archaeological sites were equipped with display signs in English, 33 museum shops were reopened, 13 ticket machines were added to sites and vending machines were added to 28 locations. Moreover, some six million leaflets with a common identity for all sites have been printed, 36 new educational programs for children have been made available and 340 brochures have been printed in Braille. In its efforts to create a single brand identity, the ministry has launched a logo design competition in search of a common logo for all museums and monuments.
