The hotels Corfu and Dassia, of the Chandris Hotels chain, were honored with the international eco-quality Green Key Eco Label for the fifth consecutive year.

The “Green Key” is a worldwide label for quality, environmental education and eco-friendly management for hotel facilities. The label was established by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) to raise the awareness of owners and managers of tourism and leisure establishments on the necessity and possibilities of running a responsible business.

In Greece the Green Key Eco Label is represented by the Hellenic Society for the Protection of Nature.

It is an important part of Chandris Hotels’ policy to spread environmental awareness in Greece aiming for the country’s sustainable development and international promotion, an announcement by the hotel chain read.
