Two hotels in Chalkidiki, Greece, of the P.A.P. Corp. group, Alexander the Great Beach Hotel in Kriopigi and Xenia Ouranoupolis, have received the “Accessibility Pass” certification.

“Accessibility Pass” aims to help people with accessibility needs find a hotel or conference center that can accommodate their specific needs, making their overall hospitality experience a simple and friendly one.

The Alexander the Great Beach Hotel received the “Accessibility Pass” certification for its accessibility for people with disabilities in motion, vision and cognition.

The Xenia Ouranoupolis hotel received the certification for its accessibility for people with disabilities in vision and cognition.

ACCESSIBILITY_PASS_logo“Accessibility Pass” is a global certification scheme that classifies hotels’ and conference centers’ accessibility level, based on their infrastructure, services and personnel skills.

Within this framework, executives and employees of Alexander the Great Beach Hotel & Xenia Ouranoupolis attended a training program on how to offer services to guests with accessibility needs and are now certified with the “Accessibility” Certifications for Professionals in Hotel Management and Hotel Housekeeping & Facilities Services.

The certification of the P.A.P. Corp. hotels and human resources was conducted by PEOPLECERT.
