Mouzenidis Group Expands into Hungary

Mouzenidis-Travel-Budapest-4_The Mouzenidis Group launched its new offices in central Budapest on January 28, as part of its ongoing expansion strategy, offering Hungarian holidaymakers the chance to get to know Greece better through comprehensive travel experiences.

Mouzenidis_IMG_3419_1The Thessaloniki-based holding company active in travel services for some two decades has added the Hungarian market to its list of activities in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania and other Eastern European countries.

Besides the extensive tour services offered, the Budapest office will sell traditional Greek food products and cosmetics in efforts to provide the Hungarian tourist with as much insight into the Greek way of life as possible.

The president of the Mouzenidis Group, Boris Mouzenidis inaugurated the offices during an event covered by the local press. Present among others were Hungary government officials, representatives of the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO), diplomats and the ambassadors of Cyprus and Israel.

Mouzenidis Group interests include carrier Ellinair, Mouzenidis Travel, real estate company Grekodom, medical tourism firm Grekomed, Mouzenidis Intour, four-star hotel Potidea Palace in Halkidiki, CS&R cargo services and EllinYacht renting services, among others.
