According to the airline, these are among the latest initiatives under the second year of its 3-year “Always Getting Better” customer experience improvement program. Ryanair’s airport check-in fee has been reduced from 70 euros to 45 euros, and its missed departure fee has been reduced from 110 euros to 100 euros. These fee reductions follow an enhanced sports equipment service, offering five separate sports options and lower fees for smaller items Ryanair said that further services improvements and exciting digital developments will be introduced over the coming year.
