The road around the coast will be lit up like a Christmas tree. They have put them so close together it is going to be daylight. Then there is the light pollution, the effect on wild life, excess electricity use? There aren’t any house, there aren’t any cars, and the only reason to go out of town at night is the night view of the Peloponnese and the stars, which you will no longer be able to see because of the street lights. Sailing boats in the beautiful bays will have a ring of street lights around them. In the day every landscape photograph is going to have multiple massive grey metal lamp posts in it. Not to mention the massive cost. They have a very strange idea of Environmentally-friendly.
