The gastronomy council will be held under the organization of the Athens Chef’s Club. Parallel events at this year’s HO.RE.CA. will include the fourth “International Gastronomy Forum” that will present a comprehensive proposal to Greek hotels to include “Greek breakfast” on their menu. The breakfast proposal will be linked to the traditions, products and nutritional values of the location of each hotel.
