Katikies to Launch First Signature Champagne Bars by Fleur de Miraval

Katikies has announced the launch of its signature champagne bars in Katikies Santorini and Katikies Mykonos, following a new partnership with Fleur de Miraval for the 2021 summer season.

The exclusive Fleur de Miraval champagne brand and the experiential five-star hotels of Katikies brand joined forces earlier this year to create the first Champagne Bars by Fleur de Miraval.

Set to offer one of the world’s best bar views, the Seltz Champagne Bar & Restaurant by Fleur de Miraval offers a superb vantage point from which guests will enjoy the famous Santorini sunset over the Caldera and witness its changing hues while enjoying eclectic champagne.

Conversely, guests visiting Katikies Mykonos on Mykonos are invited to experience scenic evenings filled with champagne paired with culinary delights that guarantee a truly memorable indulgence.

The Seltz Champagne Bar & Restaurant by Fleur de Miraval at both hotels are also open to non-hotel guests.

Rosé Champagne Ascends to the Peak of Perfection

Miraval, a global success rosé is proud to announce their bold, latest project: Fleur de Miraval, the only Champagne house exclusively dedicated to Rosé Champagne. Together with Jolie-Pitt, Perrin families and renowned Champagne house – Peters family, they have created a different kind of Rosé Champagne that blends mature Chardonnay grapes (75 percent) with young Pinot Noir grapes (25 percent). Its tangy notes of red currant and red raspberry energize the delicate minerality, salinity and iodized expression of the Chardonnay grapes. The wine is then aged less in the dark cellars in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger for 3 years before being released. Each Fleur de Miraval bottle is lacquered so that the Champagne is never exposed to light until the day the bottle is opened.

Katikies Santorini & Katikies Mykonos are open for the season from May 14 and May 20, respectively.
