Matsuhisa Paros Restaurant Opens for the Summer on June 7

Matsuhisa Paros, an authentic Japanese Restaurant owned by globally-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa, will open its doors on June 7 at the Avant Mar hotel on Paros promising to take guests on an extraordinary culinary journey.

Positioned to become a premier gastronomy destination on the Greek island, Matsuhisa Paros offers a fine dining experience inspired by Nobu Cuisine, complemented by top-notch services.

The restaurant’s design harmonizes perfectly with the island’s summer atmosphere, featuring a minimalist aesthetic, contemporary details, and a cosmopolitan flair. Additionally, the legendary chef Nobu Matsuhisa will visit Paros from July 10 to 12 to attend the inaugural Nobu Food Festival, which will mark the beginning of a three-day celebration for the first anniversary of the Avant Mar Hotel and Matsuhisa Paros.
